excatly, i just recived an email back from ebay explaining that there looking into it, ussually within 24hrs, (finishes in a day) and that they cant keep me informed of the case, something to do with privacy, i think the F*ker should be named and shamed.

In fairness, although it looks shit. You can't tell it's been in an accident from the pictures, you need to go and see it.

The bit that get's me is lying about it being HPI checked. Maybe she just took the person who's car it is word.
