got any pics?
i have just wrapped and fitted my 4-2-1 using the original studs and nuts with no problems at all. all i did was make sure the jubilee clips were rotated out the way of the stud holes. apart from that direct fitment.

no i dont have any pics at the moment sorry, was yours a raceland manifold? i think i may have to file the stud holes out a bit on the manifold flange? because it was hard to get it to go on the studs, then when it was on i couldnt get the nuts to go on thestuds there was no room atall, any other ides peps? thanks gain for ideas.

fitted mine today aswell, i think there a shit design, i had to drill a few of the stud holes bigger, because it would not go on.. all so the gearbox mount would not line up so i left that off..

yeah the dsign is shite imo, my manifold wont bolt to the gearbox either buddy, its about 2 inches away from the bolt hole, im going to get a file and make the hole a bit bigger in the manifold and try that, also the lambda sensor wire is only just long enough for were they have put the hole to fit it, the hole should be where it is on the standard manifold, fucking raceland shite:wall:, suppose you get wot you pay for lesson learned.:n:

ive still not been able to get the manifold on, the studs are to long and they are stopping the manifold sitting flush up to the haed, and i carnt get the nuts on the studs, has there is no room, the manifold bends isnt long enough to give clearance for the studs and nuts, and its made my threads in the head cross thread, so i need to tap the hea now on to threads, im totally gutted to behonest, ivenot even got a car for work now.

ive got this sorted now, i had to get some new tuds and nuts from a local machining shop, they only charged me 2 quid for the lot, then i had to retap the head on two threads, and job was sorted, the manfold sounds loads better, and its abit punchier lower down the rev range aswell, so im happy chappy, only thing i can say bad is the manifold will not bolt up to the gearbox, its a couple of inches away, any ideas on this guys? i dont really like it not bolted up.

make a bracket up from a bit of 3mm (or there about) steel. like:
. ___
(o__o)

One hole for the manifold and the other for the gearbox of course, does not need to be pretty.
