bike ride.. sore very sore

been out for a bike ride today and im suffering carn't set down for long cos my backside is sore lol so whats the best cream i can use tryed a bath with oil in it but still suffering :fcuk: it hurts

My old housemate hurt her coxics(sp?) and used an inflatable rubber ring to sit on.

Also might be worth buying them shorts with padding, they replace your underwear so no-one sees you wear them, helps me alot when i'm doing 50+ miles :y:

padded shorts are a must. even a gel seat doesnt work all that well yet the shorts are great.

pedal standing up when you can? When i ride my bike i tend to hole my arse off the seat as much as i can, especially when going over bumps

My friend is doing a charity bike ride from Loughborough to Skegness which is about 90 miles!!! now he will be in pain lol :P

Do it a few more times, after the 2nd and 3rd time it will stop hurting. Happend to me when it was snowing over xmas and i didnt go out for a month or so.

Just got back from a 70mile Ride in pure countryside, was overly mountainy :( lol

But yar, 70mile ride, first time back on a bike since 2008. My Arse is sore n needs a massage ::)
