is lights crap on saxo?

my saxo furio headlights dont seem to shine as bright as other cars so i got the 90% brighter bulbs + they made very little difference..my friend also has a saxo + he says the headlights have always been crap..anyone have there opinion on this subject? any advice appreciated folks:p

I had this problem with mine brother, it turned out to be the electric motor in the headlight not fully clicked in therefore one light could be up high and the other one dipped, take them out and make sure the motor is fully working @ the #-1-2-3 settings, if it works correctly your visibility should be a stack better.

I only have 2 settings when putting my lights on, is that right? Like 1 - side lights. 2 - full lights.

Then obviosuly I have the third which is full beam, but I can't drive with full beam on!

He means the headlight adjustment i think. Should be to the right hand side of the steering wheel and below it.

Yeah if you use that it will raise or lower the beams angle.
Dont put it too high or you'll get people flashing you as they are being blinded.

I upgraded my bulbs to the 100% super white xenon bulbs from ultra! they are loads better than the phillips halogen ones that were in, but did cost me £24.99

i hate driving on narrow country roads with another car with hids coming towards me, temporarily cant see a thing
