Alright people.
Whats the best set up for un-distorted music but slightly bassy?
Sub and speakers or speakers all round?
And what make?
Cheers
Andy

im going for 16.5cm components up front, but its personal preference tbh
I also have a 12" sub, its good for a slower bass line

I've been browsing on caraudiodirect.com they seem to have a decent range on there website. Is a sub and seperate amp better than a combined one?

I like vibe, they do some really god products. Ther slick range would be best for you i reckon maybe a 12. and you could get either 6x9 and amp them, or coaxil/comps and amp them up front, its all on what sounds best for you.
If you want more bass go for the blackair range or space :P

If your going for sound quality then you wana be looking at some hertz. Ive heard rainbow and dls are very good aswell but havent heard them to comment on myself. Power them of a genesis profile 4 amp. With some really good quality cable. Thats a good amp for quality. You definately want to amp the components though. For the sub you want possibly a 10 or maybe 12 inch sub but in a sealed box so its got control. Up to you for which make try and hear as many different setups first though as thats the only way you will know what your personal preference is. Also sound deadning is a must have in any install especially if going for sound quality.
