Help in clacton?!

Ok so after changing the wheels on my car i finally worked out why i cudnt see rear springs on my vts mk1.. the magical torsion bar..

now this is where im lost and could do with abit of help.. is there anyone attal in clacton-on-sea who knows how to lower these who will adjust this for me? And can anyone help me with a rough price on what this would cost?!?

im sure local garages would help you mate, as for price when i looked in to it the cost depends on if the torsion bars are siezed or not if i remember correctly. around the £100 mark i would expect to pay, hope that helps
