Im trying to find a part time job for the last month or 2 of college and then full time until September, but i have been searching all over and have only found 3 vacancies out of over 30 places sutible for me, but without transport, one is out the question, another is kind of embarresing to work at, which leave 1 possible which i probably wont even get. the ressesion sucks :(
sorry about spelling.

Who cares if its embarrassing, its only for the summer, money in pocket, just do it, or sign up to a temping agency

They pay shit for under 18's! Don't work there. Many of my mates work there and do stupid hours for half the money I get.
Tried your local Sainsbury's & Tesco? They are good employers :y:

I advertised to hire someone and I had over 45 applications within the hour of posting the job, that was a surprise to me. Keep that in mind when you are looking for a job. As long as you have a good resume and push for a job, you will stand out.

Spend more than 5 mins doing a cv. Make an individual cv for each job your going for, empthasising the main requirements of the job role in any previous experience
