Headunit and CV wirr'ing problem

Just swapped my Kenwood headunit over from my old saxo to a newer saxo. For some reason whenever i put the key in the ignition and start the engine the cd wirr's for 1-2 seconds (even without CD in) and it loses all stored radio stations. It never did this in my old saxo

Is this likely to be an issue with the car or headunit?

Headunit, swap the red and yellow wires over mate.

However check the wiring to see if in decent enough condition

I'd say the same, red+yellow and yellow+red

Is that on the wiring from the headunit or the wiring from the car?
