front springs lowering

just a quick question, how long will it take to swap my standard springs with some 40mm gmaxx springs?

The garage that fitted my lowering springs took about 3-4 hours, but im not sure if that was only one guy or more, or if they started work straight away after i dropped her off etc.

Just to do the front. if so i would say 1.5 hours max. I did the full suspension second time round on my clio in 2 hours.
