50mm al round m8. spax are quite hard. id recomend apex 50mm springs. ther nt as hard but easier to drive around on e.g speed bumps and stuff

Imgetting mine done 60mm all around, know loads who have had it done and as long as you take you time over speed bumps the problems like driveshaft and stuff wont occur its when people think its lowered but can still drive like idiots then thats when things go wrong. Lowering of for visual and styling purpose only you couldnt really do a drag race with a lowered saxo. As long as you get it dont by a fully qualified garage and use the correct springs you will be fine. If you dont know how to do it or hessetate dont bother cos you can permenantely damage the full suspension if done wrong. Id save up and put good money into getting the propper stuff and a proper job of it no cowboy or cheap methods as it will cost more in the long run with repairs :y:

Its not hard to lower a car. Anyone with good sense and some mechanical experience can tackle lowering a car. If money is an issiue dont be put off, take your time, use a haynes manual and use common sense and you can do the job yourself if you wish.
