to many variables, depends if you are doing an auction/buy it now/reserve/final valuation fees once sold.
its a bastard though.

Can be around £10. But like Ryan said, lot of variables.
Fees will kill you too, often you see people listing their cars 4-5 times because of time wasters (that bid/win, then don't buy it). Though you can claim fees back for that.
Best bet is to end the Auction early/Cancel the auction and use eBay as advertising. PayPal/eBay fees are extortionate.

Not bad, considering it costs around £30 for a 2 x 2" box in the local paper. Thats only for a week too.

There isnt that many variables really, as the final value fee's are categorised. ....Unless your expecting to sell it between £2,000.00 - £3,499.99 and/or using paypal for recieving payment, then you wont be able to work out the final value fee as yet.

Yup, they take a modest portion for the use of their thieving useless service.
You get 12? pictures, want more, pay, want title underlined, or sub title, sticky, buy it now, how many categories you put it in.
They'll charge you for all of that. Not saying they shouldn't, and I understand the equivalent 2x2 with a picture in the newspaper is also really expensive, and only for one week, smaller audience/circulation etc. Although I'd hazard a guess more people that aren't interested (e.g. passing interest/glance) will see it, than a search specifically on eBay. That might not seem helpful, but they might have a friend that is looking that otherwise might not have seen it on eBay.
But whatever, I think papers are extortionate for advertising too. I put four ads in my local paper this week for free though! :D (free to advertise - no picture).

I would recommend autotrader. Don't know the costs though

Autotrader best in my book an all. Never failed to sell thru there. Just gotta be realistic and honest in the ad.
Course if you're desperate for the cash you could try 'We Buy Any Car Dot Com' <Everybody, altogether now>
Or maybe not.
