A Ross hd satellite kit from b and q payed £25 for a satellite guy to set it up, and all i can say is its fecking superb, all the free hd channels loads of other channels, along with all the free to air stuff, its the sharpest i have ever seen a picture! even on the non hd channels its superb and perfect for people in areas where freeview is a poor reception or cable isnt availible!
highly recommended the unit costs £79.99

Can you get movie channels?
I want a dish that you can get all the free sky channels etc on.
£25 is a good price to pay, and even on a sunday is good.

It receives its signal from the sky satellite however you dont get the movie channels just the free to air stuff like movies 24, zone horror etc and loads of the foreign ones too

Sounds belting! Is it just like Freesat? I'm sure the local aerial guy quoted me £120 to setup freesat for me.

Good on ya mate.
We were quoted over £200 for installation of an aerial (may include booster/amplifier in this price) and dropping it into 2 bedrooms.
Ridiculous, low signal area until switchover, the guy himself said it would be cheaper to just get freesat, or wait until the switchover and then 'anything will pick it up' (aerial wise). Have doubts about that though.

Yeah same concept of freesat only you get all the foreign channels too aswell as english, i fitted the dish and everything else all he needed to do was to align the dish to the correct satellite, so wasnt much work for him, if you have a old sky dish on your house just wire the kit to that it should still work
