These two specs are the same, but i'm not quite sure which one is the best to buy, I also want to ask that does the MOS-FET 4 x 50W and 4x 45W S-MOSFET makes a difference?

they both look very similar and at the same price they probably are very similar, i would say it comes down to looks which is personel preference
