Ive got Rainbow SLC 230's which I'd class as teh cheaper end of mid quality...

And that depends what you mean by mid to high, my Rainbows were £240

but then you can go nearly double with stuff like:

http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/hybrid-audio-clarus-c51-2.html

or double that with:

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/10634.html

and even double that with:

So its all down to your budget ...

But as far as brands go, cheaper end you're looking at JBL, Alpine, Pioneer,

Mid range you go upto Focal, DLS, Rainbow, possibly Hertz

Ah cool thanks, well i currently have Rockford Fosgate 6x9's so i was looking into getting hold of the new Power T252s components (http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?cat_id=3&series_id=34&family_id=297&item_id=112906&locale=en_US&p_status=) they are about £240.

Have you got any advice on where to mount the crossovers... As i really can't think where to mount them.

Mine are behind the door cards as I wanted them hidden and a minimalist look, but a popular place is in the second smaller bin on teh door cards, a few small holes drilled through for the wires, they do look quite cool there I have to admit, as long as you want them on show

Well if you are gonna have them this store in the US is selling them dirt cheap (apply the currency exchange rate currently at $1.53 to the £ and these work out @ £146

But obviously shipping on top, ( £45 ) and you may get stung at customs for tax... but that comes to £25 so still only a grand total of: £215 ... would be handy without the tax!
