HI peps some time ago someone put up a site and you could find out who owened the a car? can anyone give me the site and is there any that can tell you if and how much is owed on it thanks guys n gals

There are two sites that you can find basic information out about a car but not the finer details e.g. how much finance is left on the car (if any). For that information, you would have to pay for an HPI check, which set you back around £40.
