ive had my sub and amp ect sat in my room for weeks crying to be fitted, but i havnt got round to it... its note special , and i was thinking about making a false floor, taking the sub out the box and putting it in the middle of my boot.. will it sound allrite out off the box is my question.. i aint aiming for an emense system , just a little bass and loudness

Would be better if you made a sub box for the sub and then built around the box having it as your centrepiece. Would be a little high but with imagination it could look good and will sound good aswell win win imo.

I've got a false floor for sale to save you some work :p
I just had a twin box sat in the middle of it then built a new parcel shelf with a hidden recess so the box would fit with the shelf down (also for sale ;))

ive just hidden the box under a false floor, made it 1foot by 2 foot by six inches, shallow as poss.

i didn;t put my two 12''subs in a box angled a flat floor and bass is really good as it seems to bounce off the boot inners, i love it
