Short range

The range on my remote fob is very short and is a bit on off whether it works or not. I have got a new battery in the fob and have new switches. but problem still occurs. any ideas how to increase range? thanks

had same problem , citroen wasn;t £85 to just look at it. so started looking round for new alarm as by time citroen LOOKED at it and then repaired or replaced the fob was cheaper for full alarm, anyways my local car stereo/alarms fitters fixers and what ever fixed the fob. it wasn;'t transmitting properly but cost £30 and even got new battery too
