Might do as your fitting the dash, depends how easy your dash goes back in, mine was quite tricky

the way i do it in work is 180grit paper on a da sander then work up to 240 and the 320 and 400, 600-800 wet and dry, high build primer and then wet flat with 800-1000

I would speak to a good bodyshop and see what they recommend tbh.
You dont want to do something that could look crap in a few months time.........if the filler started cracking etc etc from the heat from the heater.

theres not a set way to 'euro' a dash, try not to stick to a set trend, just do it how you want

sanding would be best bet id stay away from filler myself.

never use filler to get rid of texture, for 1 its a waste of time because the amount of rubbing down you'd end up doing you could have the dash all rubbed down anyway and also it could crack

Just go mad and pull something crazy out the bag...
Relocate the buttons from the centre console to the 'A' pillar then hack out the middle of the centre console and relocate your headunit higher, and fibreglass in a mini fridge underneath?
Just thought of that, its not an ambition of mine to make it :p dont know why i came up with the idea either?
Might be worth a try...would be a one off with a fun factor too, and thats what modding is all about after all :y:

this is my crappy photography lol but if you look in between the seats on the dash you can make out a bulge and basically this guy has smoothed the entire dash and hes only got an ipod holder in his dash so it sits flush and thats basically his head unit
