HELP!

My car apparently wont plug into a diagnostics dont know if its the garage been funny and just not having time but apparently it wont plug in???? Thinking of going to a scrap yard to get a new plug adapter but is this a job that i should hand over to a garage. All i want to know is why my car wont occasionally start 1out of 5 (no pattern though) it wont start, but it jumps perfect everytime. alternators good batterys good im on the verge of kicking the cr*p out the car. Dont know what to do would appreciate any help:wall:

Not sure if diagnostic would help. IF the car bumps okay then I would be looking at starter motor issue, does it sound slow/lazy when you turn the key?

nope, always sounds good just sometimes wont fire it justs ticks over :S
