Please help !

I have a 3 stud saxo 1996 and was wondering would i be able to swap the disc's and rear drum covers straight over to the same model Disc and covers but in 4 stud, with no problems if there would be problems what would they be ? Please realy could do with help, because over wise i would have to change over the struts and axle.

Only need info if this can be done thanks :)
