I dont know about them being fined but these boxes are brand new. The other boxes were the simular ones.
I dont think they would have had tome to sue them if it was for these boxes because they are new. They only came out about two weeks ago.

I know a guy that used to work for Steve Digba (Owner of inphase) he told me about it when he got sued last year. But you must admit they still look the same smileys/smiley9.gif But when i listened to one the other month at a trade show they do sound great smileys/smiley20.gif
