Hi guys, I have a wee vtr runabout, she was parked up all winter and was going fine before being parked up. When I went to her the battery was flat, so I got the jump leads on her and got her started but she revved herself to about 2k, it's now revving itself to 5k when started and stays there. I've changed map, icv and tps sensors, also water temp sensors. Could jump starting have done any harm anywhere? Only answers from people who actually know what they're talking about please. Thanks

Jump starting really wouldnt have caused excessive damage, not something as simple has jammed throttle cable housing or something it is?
