hi guys getting some 35 mm springs sent to me on tuesday
how much can i get these fitted for? also i will need the rear torsion doing too! do i need anything else?

Usually it will cost around £110 without spring supplied so anything near that price is about right

Depends on where you are, if you know some one local and they are nice, you could get them fitted and torsion bar sorted for about £60.
