Just wondering what the general Saxperience public think of this, i realise its a bit of a boring subject but its hard for us fellow MODers to ignore, if the economy wasnt in such a state, maybe we'd all have better looking motors today.

I dunno, but for me Sterling pound all the way. :D :panic:

Look at the other European currencies, their thriving under the Euro now, not to mention not long ago the Euro to Pound were one for one. Im not slating the Sterling Pound, i mean we have one of the best currencies world wide, but half of Europe are laughing as we see the dawn of the 'Double Dip' the second part of the recession. Im not a political or economic wizz :D but im getting to the stage where these issues are effecting me. Haha so i have to take some interest.

£ Sterling obviously.

Europe is going to be fucked with Greece and now Portugal struggling a bit. I don't want the currency to change and be involved in the depreciation of the Euro which im soon expecting it to!

I live just round the corner for campus down Cowley road, nearest to all the Isambard n Galbraith halls. Last year i lived in Maria Grey in the Lancaster Complex :D I miss halls man, last year was such a blast, this time last year the sun was beaming and everyone was revising in the quad, outside the lecture centre. Bloody british weather, canny count on it for anything.

And aye i'll get hold of a few pages of coupons for you mate, im dropping in there tommorow to pick up me wage, but have taken the next month off. I told myself at half 7 im starting revision. But am sooooo tempted by my xbox, maybe i should unplug it? Grrrr

Regardless of the economy, take this into account
If they changed currency...think of the money that would needed to

# Reprint education books and Exams
# Re-educate EVERY UK citizen
# Redesign most retailers till's to understand the new Currency
# The list is ENDLESS!

The cost to replace every £, either in currency or printed onto paper/document/computer coding with € is unthinkable!

£ is sound :y:
