Another thread, i know sorry. :homme:

I just want some clarification so i know im going the right way as im possibly going to end up with some of these:D

What i need for a Phase 2 late VTS

+Brembo calipers (obviously)
+Longer brake hoses - any particular size?
+23mm master cylinder (2 port? abs i think ive read)
+Xantia 283mm discs for no squeel *283mm on ebay brings up 2.0s ect not V6* So thats 283 MM diameter 22MIN thickness?

& can someone please confirm (my main question) do these fit behind 15" Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2's in Saxo fitment without spacers?

Please do not up your post count by informing me how to use the search bar:y:

Thanks anyone who can answer my p's and q's:)

lol, did you see the last thread about mc's and abs/non abs? If not then dw about it !

If you've got ABS you'll need a 2 port MC - so basically a 306 gti6 mc.

With regards as to brake lines, I'd pm swampy on here as he has supplied the braided lines to people with Brembo setups and I havn't heard anything bad about them.

I got my 4 pot hoses from him and they've been fine length wise (I could have done with them being another 10mm longer, but that's because my suspension is only lowered around 20mm'ish I'd say)

I've heard people buying the xantia discs and still having the squeel. I've not run these so can't say but I'd be suprised if the discs caused the squeel, I'd say it'd be down to the pads but that's only me guessing.

lol - It's like 4/5 threads down on the main Brakes page !!

I don't know tbh, even if you do I can't imagine any bigger than like 7-10mm ?

Just fit everything and see how far away you are from them fitting and then order the right spacers

You guys are just trying to push me over the edge !!

I've answered everything above, no point looking at the thread now !! - all you need to know now is the spacers you'll need.

Just dry fit one caliper, and see what size spacer you need.

I've got brembos behind my 1.2's with no spacers its very close but other than tht fits fine, may have my wheel weights moved though to get me a bit more room

Swampy is good but the brake line's I got off him come out straight out of the caliper rather than at a 90 degree bend and I got advised by many people that this was dangerous so I went to a local pipe specialist and had them make me up some custom ones.

Mine are a banjo from the back of the caliper and seem to be fine clearance wise

All brembo lines i supply have a bango end on them which is fine.

I run brembo's behind 15" 1.2's. They fit without spacers providing the wheels are the right offset obviously.

Use 405 discs instead of xantia discs - no squeal what so ever for me.
