iv got a dilema! iv got some kuhmo tyres all round on my car atm, which are 195/45/15, the two on the left are near limits but the two on the right have loads of tread left. iv also got 2 brand new 175/45/15 tyres that i was going to put on, my querie is shall i put the 175s on the front? or back? so i would then have either 175 front 195 back or 195 front 175 back.... thanks

i was thinking that, but my rear rubs anyway and thats with spacers and the arches ground out, so i thought i might as well put them on the back, they arnt that much smaller

it would yes.
But a number of cars leave the factory with larger rear than fronts.

Yea when they are rear wheel drive.
Stick the skinnyer ones on the back, you need the traction at the front.
