I thought i would make a quick guide as i couldn't find one this morning so i took a few photos, it might help some people, also some of the photos were taken from the drivers side, some were taken from the passenger side.
Jack car up
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060005.jpg
place on axle stands
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060006.jpg
remove strut (follow this guide http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=173716)
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060007.jpg
next step is to remove wish bone (i only found out you had to remove this when i was trying to undo the arb mounts)
first pull carpet up in the foot wells (drivers side is a b****h to do as the pedals get in the way)
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060008.jpg
pull up flap
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060009.jpg
you will see two 16mm bolts, undo these
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060010.jpg
undo the 19mm bolt and 18mm nut which is the last thing holding the wishbone on, might have to hammer the bolt through
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060011.jpg
then just yank the wish bone down, will require a slight amount of force
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060012.jpg
my new wishbone bushes (tip-go to a garage to get these done i spent the day trying to get them out and failed miserably)
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060013.jpg
next the take off the arb mount, get under car, undo the T50 torx bolt
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060004.jpg
then the mount should just flap down
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060001.jpg
then simply pull the old bush off and slide the new one on, take notice of how the old one came off and smear a bit of the grease which was supplied with the kit on the bush
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060002.jpg
once you have slipped the new one on, put the mount back on, do the T50 torx bolt back up
http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo16/jeffchiz/P5060003.jpg
Then the famous words from the good people at Haynes, put everything back, refitting is reverse of removal :y:
Feel free to add anything I've missed, I'm not saying this is the best way to do, its the way i did it :D

Great post Jeff. May come in very handy one day. These type of pictorial how-to-guides are great. Needs to be a sticky in my opinion.
I can't help wondering though how many people will ask in the coming months how to change an anti roll bar bush without using the search facility first, as this guide is spot on.

Thank you mate :D Glad i done it now :y: i was in two minds weather to make it, but i couldn't find any guides in the stickies on changing the bushes.
If i manage to do the wish bone bushes then i will make one of them but i think I'm just gonna go to a garage and ask them to do it, they would probably do it in half an hour at most with the right tools.

Ditto, Nor would I personally place an axle stand where you have...
And wishbone bushes are a doddle. I'll add to this with information and pics when I get time.

lol well the drive is level where the car is so should be fine, i have had the car roll off my jack before so i always use axle stands, im always under the car with them i feel pretty safe with them.
I did the whole 16v conversion on that drive and they held fine :y:

Hi guys,
Thought I'd add this on to help out a few people. (Hope Jeff Doesn't mind?)
Right,
So your wishbone is off, Great :y:

The first stage (The hard part :P) Is to remove the old bush. There are a few ways to do this. The popular method is to grab your nearest blowtorch and burn the crap oot!! Now, I breath in enough carcinogenic shit in work, so fancied a weekend away from it.
I first got myself a few decent drill bits. 5.5mm HSS-R Bosch bits. (this was after snapping all the cheap ones I had lying around....
Using a decent drill, you need to drill lots of holes close together where the rubber is. Highlighted red below (Paint FTW!)
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n252/Mr_P_2006/IMG_0356-1.jpg
Once you have drilled as much of the rubber out as possible. Use a pair of grips and grab then end of the inner sleeve and rotate it (again paint FTW. If you have drilled enough of the rubber out, the bush will rip out no problem.
If this is difficult, then go back to drilling and try again. It will rip out relatively simply so don't strain yourself :y:
http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n252/Mr_P_2006/IMG_0354-1.jpg
Now for the inner sleeve....
The easiest way to do this is to use a hacksaw and cut a slice through the sleeve to release the pressure. Then using a hammer and chisel, just tap it out.
I didn't get any pics of doing this so these are borrowed ;)

http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/jamessteele/brakes%20and%20suspension/bushs003.jpg
Now the old bush is out, Lube up the new ones and press them in. They should go in nicely with a vice and then tap them home using a suitable mallet.
Then Press the inner sleeve, et voila.
Job Done :y:

Sorry for so few photos. I wasn't really planning on making a guide.
If anybody wants to get better ones when they do this then let me know and I'll use them photos :y:

one problem you may encounter when putting the wishbones back in (well i did anyway) is that the new bush might be longer than the gap it fits in to on the car. to overcome this i used a stanley knife to trim the end of the bush slightly, then used a jack to press it into the gap! also, blowtorch FTW, you can never burn it too much, but dont touch the molten rubber, will spoil your day

poly bushes should just tap in, vice isnt strictly necessary - bit of copper grease helps
i have also had the problem of the poly's being a touch too big, getting the jack under it is a good tip, but i dont bother cutting bits off, just means its nice and snug

Vice will get them in square and much easier too. So pointless just hitting them in if you have a vice.
The polyrace bushes are waaaayyyy too big and will almost certainly need trimming down to fit.
Great guide...cheers for taking the time to do it mate!

it's only 1mm or maybe 2 at the most, and is easily done with a stanley knife

He's right mate.
When the polyrace inner sleeve is fitted the bush expands quite bit. You can trim the bush back as far as the inner sleeve if you really want (This could be 4-5mm)
It would make no difference. I just trimmed mine enough to get them in.
