For sale section, breakers? Some fairly obvious ones tbh.
its not the mileage you need to worry about imo.
when i last checked engine + box aprx 200-250 quid.
120K? That's nothing!
A guy I know - his 306 Gti-6 just reached 260k. This is his track car! Properly abused.
If you do all the regular servicing when it's needed then all will be fine.

Yeah I have to agree with all the above.
If an engines been well looked after then it should keep on going.
But if you do feel or decide on a new engine, id say ebay, the for sale here always has them for sale.
Id ususly advise checking out the engine running before buying, but thats my personal opinion. Orless if you know the seller and can trust them
An engine with no gearbox would be about £200-£300 depending on miles etc.

there is a company on ebay that will supply you a fully reconditioned engine and gear box with a drive in drive out option or a full 230bhp lump prices vary.

You can get TUJP4 lumps (the newer one out of 207/307's/C2's etc) for peanuts from a scrappies. Just keep a look out for rear ended peugeots/citroens in your local breakers yard.
But have to agree with whats been said above, if its been well looked after then it will be fine. I've seen 150k GTi's pull 118bhp on the rollers.
Mines done 61k and its fubar
