yes got the speaker fitted the glue is holding just pumped the volume up as high as what i usaully have it and its fine. down side is the tweeters f**ked so have to go back to halfords and get that replaced hopefully i'll be all sorted by 3pm tomorrow

well as far as i know alpine have always been a good make gonna do the sensible thing and take the whole lot out take them back to halfords and demand the equivalent in a different make for the same price
