how much dynamat is needed to cover my saxo i got like 6 sheets/25 feet is that enough?

pretty sure that its not but will do the main parts, boot, door panels etc

you need 4 square meters only for front door (if you want to do it right -> each skin of the door with 0.5 sqm)
