Would it be worth while for me to put a gti 106 engine into my mk1 vtr saxo?

What do I have to watch for? Its a swap of identical 1.4 engines. Do you have to seperate the balljoints to get the driveshafts out of the way? Is the gear linkage tricky? Etc
