my fob has decided to die, this therefore means that i have to open my car with the key, however the alarm is still active and everytime my door opens the alarm goes off, i can start and drive the car but the alarm goes off when i do lol

anyone know how to disarm the alarm so i can use only the key until i sort the fob out.

and anyone know the price of a new fob+reprogramming from shitron and other sources

need this sorting ASAP as i cant drive my car with the alarm going off all the time lol

Cheers

had a look for it but its well hidden inside the engine bay somewhere, dont really want to pull stuff apart but can live with the alarm being disabled until i get the fob sorted.

Do you have a lock switch on the alarm horn ?

Bet that doesn't look suspicious at all, a youth (however old you are) driving around in a modified saxo with the alarm going off. Must be like the first few moment in GTA when you steal an alarmed car...:P

i had the EXACT same problem... i was told to unplug a small black box from under the dash on the passenger side next to the heater element. it worked for me untill i got to citroen

i pulled my alarm box for similar reasons piss easy to get to, remove the panel under the dash in the passengers footwell, then reach up its a black box only held on by a big rubber band then disconnect the two multiplugs
