dash clocks

Hi there could some on tell me it the vtr / vts clocks just plug it to 1.5 diesel saxo or do i need to re wire for them

i belive you have to be careful with it as there is mk1 and mk2's and you have to get the dials according to the year of your car so mk1's go up to 1999 and the mk2's start from 2000 mk2 has a digital mileometer and the mk1s have a analog mileometer..

Correct me if i am wrong but dont the petrol saxos rev higher than the diesels.. if i am right then i would also get the dials from a diesel not a petrol but yes most dials are a straight fit but if you have a saxo x like me then there is no temp gauge and you have to make minor modifications to get it to work..

rev count will not work on a diesel if you get vtr/s clocks, revs different and it would be out, that if you car has rev count? mk1 or 2?
