DVD Head Unit Help

Hey, i recently bought a flip up dvd head unit from a mate for a cheap price, no box or instructions etc.. and i can't for the love of god find the Bass/Treble Settings lol.


This is the hu i have, im not sure it even has a name lol.
It's just got GPS, TV, DVD, Bluetooth, Radio, AUX and some other crap.
Any ideas where the bass might be? Clicking in the volume only gives me balance/fade/equalizer.

Hi, Yesterday i was playing music in the saxo, It was all going good, Looks at the headunit a bit later its a EONON headunit and all the elements on the display where lit up, so you couldnt see any information just every single bit was lit up... so i thought ill try turning it off taking my usb stick out (was quite warm) and turned it back on... now it doesnt detect the usb so cant play them but starts playing the radio and the buttons work fine but still the lights are all lit up... any help? or is it worth buying a new headunit... if so any recommendations? :cool:

They normally have a remote to do that with, if not then there is probably a instruction manual online somewhere.

I have a ripspeed one when u press volume button in when scree up brings up options. Is there not a home screen on it? if so look in settigs. It may just be that u cant change the bass if it a cheap one.

tHe button at the bottom of the scren wit two squares looks like it might be menu or summin

It does have bass lol, my friend was fiddling with it the other day and turned the bass up.. and now he can't remember what he did.. and now the bass is at like +8 and i don't have a sub so it just sounds distorted if i even turn it up

i cant help you on the bass thing
but i have 1 of those very simalar
be very carefull with overheating as mine did and wrecked the infra red to red the cd/dvds.
