Where can i get a Maxnex system from ?

Cant seem to find a cat back system for my 53 VTR ?

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Dont know about magnex mate but Ebay have some shop dealers on there.. one does a cybox system which ive heard are pretty decent. £195 delivered direct fit for a mk2. They have mandrel bends, Fully stainless steel, a choice of tailpipes and a lifetime guarentee. Other than that its the sax-p "for sale" thread or a local exhaust centre that specialise in sports exhausts etc.

If your very lucky, a local scrappy might have one, some crashed saxos turn up to the scrap yards with nearly new, or not that old, systems on that owners just cant be bothered to take off when scrapping the vehicle !

Cheers mate, i was hoping for a Magnex because from the one's ive seen on here its still fairly subtle when just cruising, ive spied a one on ebay so might have look there, also just realised ive mis-spelt the thread title :wall:

This is a cybox on a C2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJ2766jbACo ... Sounds pretty nice, not ridiculous.
People who have had them on their mk2 VTR have been happy. There not overly loud, I very nearly got one but instead, there was a custom exhaust centre by me who made me one and fit it on the day, as i couldnt really wait for delivery (my standard system was about to drop off).

But if its magnex your set on then ebay and the for sale section is the way forward i would imagine mate ! Good luck ( Unless magnex have a direct shop where you can order one, im not sure)

Cheers mate, strange thing is until yesterday i was just about set on a Saxsport road system, I just want to make sure that its not going to batter my head in at 70-80 LOL

Ive had mine done... They tend to calm down when your light on the accelerator and crusing..... But when your increasing speed you'll hear the roar.... Mines not too loud... Just a nice low tone idle and on downchange i get a nice Burble/raspy pop.

Would a one that came off a 1998 VTR fit mine ?

im not sure mate... You'd have check with a few people on here... I wouldnt say yes or no... with it being a mk1 it may have slightly different fitment etc.
