rubbing or not

will i be ok with 195x55x15s on if its been lowered 40mm, had a search but cant get a stright answer anyone help?:wall:

i had 195 45 15 on and it was lowered 60mm.It scuffed only on rearly bumpy road surfaces when i had a lot of lock on.It was rubbing in the wheel arch liner that can be cut if required.
