hi is this orange peel on my car and is it possible to correct this with out spraaying it again ????

Its not bad orange peel, will have to get someone else to back me up there.

You can either machine polish it out, or wetsand followed by machine polish.

You may need another spray if you don't know how to use a machine polisher

Not if the machine polisher gets them out

to my knowledge yes but i might be wrong.

dont think wetsanding is easy i'v ballsed it. but then had lots of practice on other cars, and now got the hang of it. pm wayne he knows his wetsanding

more than likey will be mate i got a 58 plate c2 from factory new with orange peel and badly colour coded bumpers.

well i have got a das-6 machine polisher on order so what kinda pad and polish would you say to use on it like ????

Dont try it, it will end in disaster.

Give it a go with the DA first. You should be able to see some difference with it.

If you have to give it a wetsand, make sure you buy a panel to practise on first.

machine polishing wont do much tbh, needs wetsanding IMO. unless you are VERY confident i wouldnt do it yourself.

Body shop should of wet sanded it then buffed it tbh thats if you got it resprayed which i know you were saying you were

it should wet sand out though, depending on the paint depth although like people have said about 3 - 4 pass's with a rotary/pc may just get rid of it

yeah pred mate place did not do goodjob at getting the orange peel out like as dave at ne detailing said been back all gthey done was machine it and even then did not do good job at that

yeah could pm him iv alredy read up about it and watched videos and so on got a bootlid of a bmw to have ago at wetsanding on just need to get my finger out
