Lost on an island, they managed to escape, then went back for some reason. Quality television!

totally agree that the last 6 years have bin brilliant and especially the last season has got you thinking a lot more then it ends like that :S

Tbh, it adds a whole new meaning to "And it was all a dream" - Or at least that's what I got from it.

I have noooo idea what the hell happened in that episode, but.. imo, it was a good ending to a brilliant program.

Sure, everyone will say that the ending was shit.. but there were only a certain amount of ways that it could end. If everyone had just got on the plane.. and toodled off home, to be 'welcomed home' all over again.. THAT would be a shitty ending.

Desmond gets lowered into the hole, locke and jack turn round and Jack bauer is standing there with his full black badass outfit on from the last episode of 24 (see pic).

He screams at locke to TELL HIM WHAT THE ISLAND IS and when he refuses, bauer guts him with a knife. Jack S stand there in disbelief whilst desmond is in the hole, where he finds splinter and the ninja turtles hanging out eating pizza.

Bauer gives Jack his word that he won't kill him if he tells him where the plane is but as Bauer is walking out of the 6000 watt cave, the power rangers come jumping and flipping out of the jungle and block his path. The power rangers transform into their robots and start tearing shit up japanese style so Bauer runs as fast as he can to get to the plane.

On Hydra island, frank, miles, Kate, Sawyer, Claire and Mr T are waiting to get on the plane. Mr T refuses because "he aint gettin' on no plane foo's". He pulls a detonator out his pocket and just as Bauer runs towards him screaming "nooooo" he blows the plane into a million pieces.

Bauer and Mr T are distracted by a light on the very top of the main island, then are deafened by a long and drawn out "hoooooooooooooo". It's only fucking Lion-O from the thundercats jamming his sword into the rock! The light blinds everyone and in a split second, the screen goes bright white and the credits roll.
