vts-luke: no item or correspondance from seller *REFUNDED*

I dont know if this guy is a scammer or just not good at posting things but hopefully this thread will be a kick up the arse for him..

Bought and paid for a cylinder head from this guy on 6/5/10, payed with paypal as goods.

Ive not recieved the item or had any contact from the seller despite various PM's, not good enough.

I will be filing for my money back through paypal this evening, just a heads up for you guys.

Not making an excuse for him, but i know he's moving house & has been ill.

He paid me £220 for a seat two weeks ago & doesnt want it couriered to him yet as he simply doesnt have the time to do anything with it ...

Also bought a 16v Engine from me to be collected and hasn't been to collect yet so id say he's upto his eyebrows atm. Bit of an inconvenience for you but these things to happen i guess.

To the above replies- He should not advertise items for sale if he is not in a position to deliver the goods.

Small update anyway... Spoke with the seller via pm on 1/6/10, he apologised and promised it will be posted the next day....

He has now messaged me today saying he is unable to post the item to me and is offering a refund 'pending cancellation on the paypal dispute'. The dispute will stay open untill i have my money back otherwise i will claim, its as simple as that.

This has been ongoing for over a month now and its taken this long for him to finally tell me im not going to recieve my item. Fingers crossed for a refund now...
