What thread size is used on the steering column bolts? Cant remember for the love of me. IIRC something around m8-m10?

I think they are m8's but don't quote me. I was thinking about replacing mine as oputting them back in destroys them. Mine are utterly fubarred. I got them back in though, after a lot of anger. I think it will be the last time though. I reckon citroen charge abomb for them, being so specific.

you had trouble? Ive always found in as easy as removing and fitting a wheel nut. (The top 2 on the column in the car)

ahh no sorry its the top 2 I'm on about. I've made a selections of steering column adjusters and now need to work out bolt lengths and sizes etc.

I was considering this. Did you just make up various shims to space it out and then use longer bolts?

Ive made various height alu spacer blocks to keep things solid and then longer custom bolts to match

How hard was it to msake up. Did you make them slightly angled as it is rake? I may need to give it a go

I'll just pop down homebase and pick up a lathe and a milling machine then. (jokes)
No worries i'll go round my uncle's workshop and knock something up.
