Top mounts??

Bastard car failed MOT on the top mounts, havnt seen the 'problem' yet, I hit the suspension turrets with a hammer when checking the car over and they are solid!!!

Are top mounts a common fault and are they expensive to fix???

its normally the bearings that are the problems i can supply you with them for cheap aswell as topmounts should you want them

Thanks mate, Im going down tonight cos It wasnt until late I dropped the car off, so I'll get the full fail list and come back to you on this one.

How difficult are these to fit (never done thse before)???

pretty easy there are a few guides on here. Remove the front struts undo top bolt swap over top mounts and bearings
