Not really, Do you mean the subs or the amps? Amps are a little poor, but you will probably find it loud enough mate

In my opinion mate none of those are going to be brilliant for the simple fact that they use 10 gauge wiring and the amps are underpowering the sub as im sure you will find out jbl subs are seriously underated. Personally if your after a good sound this is what i would do. Buy a jbl gt5 12 from halfrauds for what £40ish. Buy an autoleads 4 gauge wiring kit look on ebay im sure there will be one cheap. Then find an amp to power the sub at about 400 wrms at 4 ohms. Put it in a custom built ported box tuned to 32hz. Set the amp up properly with the gain settings and such and you wont be disappointed. That would be your best bet for a decent sound.

Sub £40 wiring kit £20 amp £90 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GROUND-ZERO-GZIA-2125HPX-2-CHALLEL-AMP-300WATTS-RMS-/260597816691 and a sheet of 18m mdf to make the box and port £16 from b n q £166 wow cheaper than the package deal.
Edit: http://www.audioassault.co.uk/Amps/Two_Channel_Amps/Ground_Zero_Iridium_GZIA-2125HPX_2_Channel_Amp that ground zero amp from audio assault only £60

hmm it all sounds a little complicated :/ im just looking for something simple that will add a thump to my music really, thanks anyway :)
get a set of audiobahn subs, £100 with a double box from car audio centre. juice 2400w amp at £100 b-stock. but is exact like brand new. the amp is amazing and the subs will just blow your car to pieces trust me. :D :D

I haven't had JBL for a few years as they seem to burn out the coil very fast, I had 2 x 12" subs smoke my car out. I was running a matched JBL amp from sextons so knew that was fine. I changed the subs for 3 x 10" rockford fosgate punch subs, quality!!! Crisp, clear and very very loud. My mate had a 10" JBL which did the same. Your choice mate, but I would avoid the JBL subs, the amps are pretty good though :)

Vibe is good yes, I dont now why people are telling you to upgrade to a 4 AWG kit, your not pulling that much power...

Ignore the FLI stuff, its cheaper stuff made by VIBE. Unless your runnin power caps, a very large amp and at least 2 12" subs no need for 4 gauge wiring.

witch model jbl where they? as ive always nown jbl as a brand thats very under rated and doesnt brake ive given mine double there rms figer for nerly 2 years now and there still fine. ive never heard of anyone cooking coils in a setup
only time ive heard people cook them is when giving them 2000rms each (there rated 250rms) in a spl install. and when i gave a gt5 1000rms and it wouldnt brake so held the cone still

Used to have that Slick sub but i dont like the spec of the amp it comes with, id look for something more powerful like a 1000-1600w amp so you can hit the RMS and Peak power of the sub
