Ive been reading up tonight on how to slightly alter your job title wording to get cheaper insurance.
Does anyone know of like a definitive list of the cheapest occupations etc?
Been looking but couldnt find anything anywhere!

i know that people like news reporters have higher quotes because they are likley to be in high risk areas more often but not sure of the jobs that would get lower quotes
Doctors are dirt cheap i hear :) im guessing, theyre medically trained so they havea duty of care to drive safely

Yeah I know like reporters, tv presenters are much higher, and obviously Doctors, Police officers are a low group, but I was wondering what difference between for example, a Customer service assistant, to Retail assistant. Just small changes which could apparently save people £100's!
oh right... i just told them i was a cashier LOL

it might do but then again a small change may make your insurance more. Would only work if the list was public and you could see what you could change your title to.

To be honest, I cant see your job title making that much of a difference, if your only trying to pick between retail assistant and Customer Service assistant.
I think the business bit might change it more, IE, you could be an accounts manager at an insurance company, or you could be one at a television station etc...
Try tweaking the business section, however, make sure its all legal :D
