Ok so whats the difference?

Obviously one is real and the other is a replica, but other than that?

Build Quality? Detailing?

You will probably get shoddy stitching with sharp thread ends poking out here and there. I'm sure you won't find a lot of difference. The suede probably won't be of the same quality as the real one.

The OMP wheel will be well made using higher quality materials.
The black replica looks damaged already in the pictures.

Definately go for the cheaper one, buy 3 and mix and match mate.

ive got the replica one and cant fault it, the suede aint as good as the original one but its still a decent quality, stiching is good on it, very happy with it

get x1 real one for shows etc then a cheepy for day to day cos the suade gets nakad by dirty/sweaty hands.
