Rattle ???

Right. around 4k my car get a rattle sounds like it coming from the exhuast area! Raunchz removed the heat shield as that was banging so its not that. I have re fitted my exhuast to make sure its not blowing and all that junk. However my car only just passed on the emmisions test could it be the cat rattling as i dont want that rattle on the home straight at rockingham

if you lambda sensor is knacked chances are the end of the probe is in the cat... is the cat ok, no blue burnout?

well the car only just passed on emmision was the legal limit... going to take the whole exhuast of and see what i can find..

anything else ?

maybe just tighten the bolts a bit tighter wedge a piece of wood under it to push the exhaust up then tweak the bolts up
