Hi i was just sanding down the rim of one of my alloys and noticed it wasnt straight. I looked at it in the light and you can tell one bit isnt straight. Its fine if you put your finger around the inside of the rim seems ok. You can tell it had taking some damage though. I don't know what to do. It dosnt look perfect in light. I tired sanding it down in like a round circle but not sure what else to do.

Maybe put a picture up?
Get a tyre place to put it on their balancing machine to check that it'd balance up fine

Yeah go get the wheel balanced and they will be able to tell tou if its out of shape. Another cheaper option is to mount it to the hub as usual and spin it and watch to see what it does, if it's bent you will know by how the wheel moves. If its not and its holding tyre pressure dont worry about it an complete the refurb. :)

If its not straight i personally would replace it, although maybe a professional wheel refurber could maybe straighten it.
