i was tightening up the bolts that hold the anti-roll bar on to the lower arm and one of them snapped :wall:
theres quite a bit still poking up out of the lower arm but it's fully stuck in there and i've tryed almost everything to get it out anyone got any ideas on how to remove it.
i've tried using a easy-removal tool thing where you make a hole and drill the bit in and it spins the bolt backwards or something but that snapped aswell :wall:
tried fileing it down to make 2 flat edges but i dont have any flat faced mole grips at the moment so i will probably go buy some tomorrow along with some new bolts.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Ah, nasty, looks like you are running out of options, but its worth trying the mole grips. Can you get a small spanner on the flats you made?

You could try hacksawing a slot for a large bladed screwdriver and if it's not too tight you could unscrew the remainder of the bolt.

Otherwise, you are looking at drilling and tapping the hole using something like these: http://www.engineering-supplies.com/product/8068/m-8x125-metric-tap-and-drill-includes-1-x-hss-ground-thread-tap-m8*125-taper-lead-and-1-x-68mm-hss-drill/ ** Note the size of the drill (6.8mm) and you'll need the tap wrench for the tap like: http://www.engineering-supplies.com/sub/594/tap-wrenchs/

Screwfix does an HSS set but its £67, I doubt the carbon steel ones would be hard enough. If you've never tapped a hole before here is a simple video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEpzH8iVvJI&feature=related NOTE he is undoing the tap every half turn or so to clear the swarf. DO NOT keep turning the tap as it WILL break and you'll have two hopes of drilling that out "Bob Hope" and "No Hope".

However, you may need to remove the lower suspension arm (wishbone).

According to Citroen the bolt is an M8 1.25mm thread pitch and 55mm long

Just checked on Euro Car Parts - I see a 1.1 lower suspension arm for £36, check for your car and bear in mind this might be cheaper than splashing out on new tools.

snapped bolts = ball ache, though mole grips have saved my life many times, just make sure you clamp it as tight as you possibly can the first time, because once you slip all grip is lost and the grips become useless and your back to step one :n:

I agree, dont bother messing with drilling out if replacement parts are so cheap.
