Can someone do me a massive favor and put a pic of the damper retaining nut on Spax dampers on here, a lad on a different site (who's not online anymore) suggested I tighten this and add a washer like the Koni kits come with in if it doesnt sort the problem of movement of the shocks at the top mounts.

If you cant put a pic up a description of where it is would do nicely.

Thanks in advance.

mine came with 2 washers but i havent used them and the dampers are fine, just tighten them up extremely tight or you will get clunking when turning. the damper nut is a brass coloured collar and is near the bottom spring seat.

there is a citroen 'c' spanner available for tighten it but who the hell has one of those? use a large stillsen wrench and swing on it
