i doubt it'll be out in july boys, they've only just brought the ipad out and thats been all over the media for ages. im guessin next year untill they bring a new iphone out.

running new 4.0 firmware uprated cpu hd screen hand rumours of couriers upgrading there internet service to hit 5.mbps on a 4g signal.

Apple will announce it on Monday. 02 won't tell you anything until at least then.
Also rumors are that it has a processor much like the A4 found in the iPad which will make it really quick.
Also double the screen res and a better camera.
The thing that will make it amazing will be OS 4.0!!

Lots of blogs are saying its going to be released straight after WWDC so either the 7th or 9th of june, which is great for me cos my 3G is loosing steam and my upgrade is due june 11th which will let the heat die down a bit (as long as they dont sell out lol)

But id say they're gonna release at the end of June again.
