Just use detailer. A Polish won't stop it from happening, nor will a wash with two bucket method. The only way to stop it is to dry your car once you have washed it.

As Above.
Use a good quality Quick Detailer. Poorbooys QD+ is one of my favourites.

Try washing it in the later afternoon, like 6pm where its not as hot. Washing during the hot times, the soap and water will dry on the car. At 6 its cooler and shouldn't dry on the car :)

Put the car in the shade then wash it or leave it till its late in the evening to wash
When it comes to rinsing it off, hose it off then use a watering can with the rose off and go over the car, if the car has decent wax the car will be virtually dry when you do this as a gentle flow of water sheets off better
Dry it with a waffle weave
Top up the wax monthly, its makes keeping the car clean a lot easier
Use a spray detailer everytime you have washed and dryed the car to top up the wax protectin a little
